Americere® 500ST

CeO2 / TREO  > 85%

Our most versatile, competitively priced optical grade cerium oxide based polishing powder, Americere 500ST is designed for polishing of architectural and mass glass production materials. Americere 500ST can also be used for polishing precision optical components of glass, fused silica and quartz. Americere 500ST will improve customers' production run with short cycle times.

 

Americere 500ST produces very fast stock removal and superb surface finishes, it cleans easily from the glass and does not stick to machinery. Americere 500ST is compatible with various felts and polishing pads. Americere 500ST is zinc free.

 

500ST is treated with a proprietary suspension system to ensure no hard caking even after extended down time.

Americere® 3703

CeO2 / TREO  > 95%

A premium grade cerium oxide based polishing compound, Americere 3703 is engineered to produce high stock removal rate, long life and excellent finish. It can be used to polish precision optics, quartz, discs, photomask substrate.

 

3703 can be used in applications where no surface distortions or staining can be tolerated. It can consistently achieve a 0/0 surface roughness.

 

3703 can be used on both low and high speed glass polishing applications.

Americere® 1481

CeO2 / TREO  > 99%

A high purity white polishing powder, Americere 1481 has a tightly controlled particle size distribution. 1481 suspension system ensures soft settling and no hard caking after extended static periods. 1481 powders will not stick to machine/plumbing or glass surface. 1481 has excellent cleanability. It will not stain the glass.

 

1481 can be used to polish quartz, optical lens, ophthalmic progressive lenses and molds, fused silica, BK7, and other optical glasses.

Americere® 9000

A premium grade cerium oxide based polishing powder, Americere 9000 is a high purity cerium designed for precision optics industry. Manufactured with strict Dmax control, Americere 9000 can produce high quality scratch free surface with very low levels of surface roughness.

Americere® 6190

CeO2 / TREO  > 99%

Americere 6190 is designed for polishing ophthalmic progressive lenses and molds, filter lens, glass tubes, soda lime glass. It can be used in both high speed and low speed polishing.

 

6190 is a cost effective polish that can produce scratch free surface with above average removal rate. 6190 particles are treated to never settle hard even after extended down time.
